On my way home from work I noticed TWO INSTANCES of people using carts as chairs! Using a wild cart as a chair is not only insulting, it's immoral!

The other day while shopping at Ikea I was forced to leave my overfull cart for a few minutes -- when I returned I found a wayward empty cart had gravitated over to my cart and was being very clingy. So my question is, what is the proper way to deal with a cart that seems needy and lost? I confess I was a little taken aback and yes, a little intimidated, so I simply grabbed my cart by the handle and hurried off to the checkout. But I can't stop thinking about that poor lonely cart and wondering if there was something more I could have done...
